His expertise encompasses trademark prosecution, as well as handling contentious trademark matters such as opposition, rectification, and cancellation proceedings before the Trade Marks Registry and the erstwhile IPAB. Playing a key role in critical IPR litigation and disputes negotiations, Arjit has secured favourable orders for clients in infringement and passing off actions before the courts. His copyright law involvement includes advising on registration processes, ownership, fair use, licensing agreements, and infringement concerns. Arjit adeptly manages copyright-related disputes and drafts contracts to safeguard clients’ creative works.
Having appeared before various judicial and quasi-judicial bodies, including the Delhi High Court, District Courts, Tribunals, Trade Marks Registry, and Copyright Office, Arjit navigates legal landscapes with proficiency. He provides strategic input, conducts in-depth legal research, and collaborates with clients to enforce and safeguard their trademark portfolios.
